Battery Replacement Conditions
A battery may be replaced within 7 days of purchase if it is found defective on testing, provided the warranty seal and serial number are intact.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened products in original packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Installed batteries are not returnable.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment. Cash purchases are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are governed by the manufacturer's pro-rata policy. Bring the original invoice and warranty card to our shop for processing.
Damaged Product Handling
If a battery is damaged in transit, report it within 24 hours with photographs for free replacement.
